After an extensive "IST" analysis I develop a framework plan in close cooperation with you. The areas of focus are information security and cost optimization. Relevant findings in ongoing operations are considered as well as the strategic alignement of your company.
Design
Further developing the strategic base, I build a structured project plan detailing concrete costs and risks as well as possible exit scenarios. Changes regarding your server landscape will be planned as detailled as software updates and implementations, which can have significant impact on your workflows.
Implementation and Operation
During the implementation phase and naturally later on during ongoing operations I am gladly available to further support your IT. During this time I tackle tasks such as the coordination of external service providers or the training of your employees.
Continous Improvement
Stagnation is regression! Therefore, CSI (Continual Service Improvement) is one of my main concerns. Growth is a substantial goal of each and every company and therefore IT solutions have to keep up with this growth.
